If you are an international buyer and you wish to have your items shipped to an address in India, please note the following guidelines regarding transit damage and replacements:

1.Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim any transit damage or request a replacement, you must provide an unboxing video. This video serves as proof of the condition of the item at the time of delivery. The unboxing video should be captured before tearing up the original packaging showcasing 360 view of how it has been received!

2.Responsibility Coverage: Our responsibility for the shipment extends up to the destination address specified in your order, whether it is international or local within India. If received at india, the later carried away to out of country and then claiming any transit damage is not under our responsibility.

3.Third-Party Handovers: If you choose to have your parcel picked up by friends, acquaintances they must capture unboxing video on the day of receiving the package itself, without video have it sent to a different country after it arrives in India, by different means of cargos/ shippers, please be aware that any transit damage claims or replacement requests will not be entertained.Β 
Our responsibility ends once the parcel is successfully delivered to the original address provided in the order.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across many countries and are extremely responsible for the packaging.

We do try to cater for alternative solutions only to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations and the level of occurrences of damage OR issues.
